I am a storyteller who channeled her love for writing, curiosity, and creativity into a career. In my case, curiosity fueled the cat— helping me find stories where others may not.

I soon recognized my ability to tell a story had other uses beyond writing- it helped me build connections. At my core, I am a connector and developer. Much like discovering stories in the mundane, I can see every ounce of potential in people. Beyond that, the ability to connect others to a bigger picture, to each other, and to themselves.
I was born in Venezuela but have lived in the U.S. for years. Music is my solace, and coffee is my fuel. I am passionate about mental health advocacy, justice, and discovering the world.
My communication journey began during my undergrad at the University of Central Florida, where I studied Journalism and digital media. I worked as a reporter and editor for the Nicholson Student Media. Then, I interned at the Santiva Chronicle as their feature reporter.
As a journalist, I have written about exciting events, people, and concepts. I wrote about a banker who hunts Pythons on his days off, an entrepreneur making leather out of Lionfish skin, and Orlando's only Jazz station.
Each story required its own set of research, reporting, and assembly. Pages of information were condensed into digestible and enjoyable reads for the masses.
My social media journey began as a Social Media Coordinator in 2021. In that role, I managed social media accounts, including completing a LinkedIn redesign, formulating a social media plan, uploading daily Instagram stories, taking photographs, and creating templates. I increased social media followers by 30%.
Then, I moved on to a role as a Social Media Assistant, where I engaged with partners' social media community members daily, acting as the voice of the brand(s) and resolving any customer service issues that arose.
My day-to-day consisted of writing social copy, maintaining our partner's voice, creating monthly social plans, 30-60-90s, and posting to the partner's social channels. I kept a monthly content calendar that continually strengthened engagement.
Additionally, I created content for partners' pages based on a weekly schedule with reels generating up to 18k views; I restructured their social media page to look uniform, implemented new content pillars, and increased their follower count daily. Moreover, I worked to actively stay on trend in different partner industries and report findings to the social team to identify new opportunities for community engagement & growth across social channels. Lastly, I analyzed KPIs monthly to create reports for the clients.
